Hi,
This has been a fairly productive (for me) year so far. When I said my New
Year's resolution was to make more lace, several of you suggested that I try
to work for 20 min a day. That hash't worked for every day but I've
definately worked more days than in the past. The fact that I retired after
teaching high school for 35 years has also helped <VBG>. I took Christine
Sprignett's little butterfly class and Jane Atkinson's "24 Pair - 24 Color"
class and finished both of those pieces. I have also done a piece from
"Bobbin Lace for 10 Pair" and one of the squares from the Broomley
Lacemakers piece. I need to start a piece of Bucks for a wedding hanky for
my future daughter in law. I have until March and right now that seems like
a long time but I know it will get here faster than I expect.

Now for the question. I have been asked to speak about Bobbin Lace at a
meeting of the Coutiere Society. I have never spoken to a large group about
lace but do a lot of demonstrating. I would love to have some information
from those of you who do speak to groups about what you include in your
talks.
