Hello Jenny,
These are hard to get hold of. My husband makes his own bent needles and crochet hooks (warm them in hot water, to make them bend easier using a pair of pliers, and if necessary a vice to hold).
The pin lifter bits we found at SMP lace, when they visited a local fair.
Husband is going to have a go himself at making the pushers, and has bought some thin steel for this purpose, but that's as far as he's got.
Too busy doing other things.
