For this particular spammer, a very simple way: e-mail is
practically free -- particularly when you steal someone
else's account, as spammers typically do, so spammers never
hesitate to send an ad to every address they have. I didn't
get a copy of this spam, therefore, the sender does not have
my address. Therefore, he does not have Arachne's list of
subscribers.
Either that, or Comcast recognized him. (checks "message
center) There is nothing in my "screened messages" box.
