[lace] Queen's Jacket

I did notice the lace trim on the Queen's jacket (worn during her visit 
to USA) in the newspaper. Very hard to tell from a black and white photo 
whether hand made, machine made and what type of lace.
Still being a novice at identifying lace varieties, does anyone have an 
inkling?
