Hi Liz,

By way of reply to your enquiry I have to boast on behalf of the Australian Lace Guild, SA Branch.
Drum roll please ........................................

We entered the group section here in Adelaide with a number of us participating and managed a "Medal of Excellence" for our exhibit of a lampshade with the base made in Australian gum and the rotating shade part was decorated with a replica of all the state flora some in colour and with a 3-D effect. Our Patron Pat Michell was the instigator and co-ordinator and we're all very pleased with our efforts. Our Guild is having postcards made at the moment and when they are available I'll let the list know, also they will also be posted on to our web page.

Sorry, I don't know when the results will be posted on the UK lace web site but glad that we've got our results.

Cheers,
Shirley T. - doing a happy dance in cold, cold, wet, wet Adelaide, South Australia. brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Does anyone know when the results will be posted on the UK Lace web site, please?

I believe the exhibition is now open, and I am wondering if anyone has been lucky enough to go and see it yet!

Regards from Liz in Melbourne, Oz, where it is freezing cold, wet, and snowing in the nearby hills!!!!
