I use every sort of pillows but always stainless pins and I never had
the problem you told us. To be honest I have no idea what happened on
your pillow.
What belonged your working snowflakes, there is no rule when to make
the twists. I personally work as it is in my colored working sheme is
mentioned in your case . CTCTT pin CTC. After my experience each of us
has her/his own rythm in working. Si i think you should find out for
yourself what works best.
