Most unlikely; Poland just isn't a very "lacy place" and, what there
is, is in the south (Krakow area) and west (Silesia), not in the north.
It's been a long time since I've visited either city but you can skip
Gdynia altogether -- there's little but the port to see. Gdansk is a
much better bet, since it's more tourist-oriented being much older.
