"Winkie pin (bobbin). A pair twisted twice or more times as it passes round
a pin where pairs have neither been taken in from, or released into, the
adjacent ground or filling - e.g. down either side of an eyelet or braid.

"Snatch pin (bobbin). A Honiton term for runners passing around a pin with
seven twists instead of working an edge stitch, as used for a snatch. Also
called a winkie pin."
"Snatch (bobbin). A whole stitch block of six pins with snatch pins worked
down each side, found in some Honiton fillings, including Toad-in-the-hole."
