My advice is to order from a UK trader who takes plastic:
SMP, Roseground, Larkholm Lace or Biggins/Presencia.
It would be stupid to get a UK publication from USA, that would mean it
crossing the Atlantic ocean twice instead of just one trip across the
North Sea.
