In another message, he/she said that the picture was provided by a second party. They apologize and will stop using the picture since they now know it's not available. It sounds like this is a responsible seller who trusted an art provider to have legal pictures, and wants to do things right. I'm willing to put Kezarpond on my list of sellers to deal with.
