Just to clarify, the picture being used on the lacemaker pin that was being
sold on ebay is the Roy Barley version.
In the original photo the lacemaker is sitting outside on a chair on a path
leading to a garden fence, and with what seems to be the window of a house
behind her. As previously said, the Collin Carr picture is inside a room
with window, picture on the wall and cat on a chair, and Roy's version has a
fairly plain background with the hint of the corner of a wall behind the
lacemaker.
Glad to see from Alice's email that the seller has done the honest thing - a
real plus point when judging an ebay seller.
