Martina, that warning is a standard one in some operating systems when you're downloading what are known as "exe" files....they are the operating files in any computer system. Because some viruses contain "exe" files, your computer gives out this warning.
I can assure you it is perfectly safe to download....I've been downloading many versions of both the full and demonstration versions for the last two months, and I have had no problems whatsoever.
