Hi All I hope you can understand what I am about to ask so here goes. When making my Humming Bird in Milanese it says to use 100/3 as I have mentioned I didn't have that so I used 80/2. I would have thought that the 80 would have been thicker than the 100 but it wasn't, am I then right in thinking that the /2 or /3 makes a lot of difference and it is that that gives you the thickness not the first number. Can anyone try and explain this to me. Give me a pattern and I can usually work it out but this thread sizes are a baffle to me.
