I wish that mine would be consistent! Sometimes, I could leave the pillow uncovered and on the floor for months and they wouldn't even look at it. (not that I do that) Sometimes, I leave it uncovered for a second and BOOM! They are all over it!
I had one incident years ago. I had just wound up 200 pairs for a piece I was working on. (tablecloth) and had a knock at the door. It was my downstairs neighbor. She stated she was having a miscarriage and could I take her to the ER. Of course I was out the house before the words were even out of her mouth. I came back home and it looked like it had snowed! There was thread EVERYWHERE! Alanna had such a GREAT time while I was gone! (she was still a very young cat then) I never did find all the bobbins. Even when I moved! Positive thing was that the neighbor was mistaken and was not having a miscarriage and had a wonderful little girl 5 months later.
