Aah Nottingham! I was trying to think which Lace Guild convention it
went with, but Nottingham was OIDFA. I only went up there for one day
to see the exhibition. I think that was the xhibition where one of the
displays was dozens, perhaps a couple of hundred, lace butterflies.
As we have discovered with Arachne's birthday, time does dull the
memory. I have been to every one of the The Lace Guild weekend
conventions, and will be at Worcester next weekend, but with so many
now they all tend to merge together. I have listed all 17 of them and
what I can remember about each. Much of the time it's the hotel or
where we went on the way home that has the strongest memory! Things
like workshops and talks I can remember attending, but couldn't say
where it was!

Arachne '98 (in Nottingham) was a week-long event :)
