just replace "unsubscribe" with "subscribe" in the instructions . You'll get a message back from Majordomo telling you what to do next. I did the unsubscribe/resubscribe recently to change addresses. Having very little faith in my technical ability I subscribed the new address first and then unsubscribed the old one when I started getting two copies of every message.
