Among my books I found a 13 (numbered) page booklet entitled "THE BELGIAN WAY
OF MAKING BOBBIN LACE" by Osma Gallinger Tod.  It was given to me many years
ago by whom I do not remember nor why.  There isn't a date to be found.  It
does say at the bottom of one of the pages "Bobbin Lace Folio, $1.50. Osma Tod
Studio, 319 Mendoza Ave., Coral Gables, Fla.".   It is held together with two
brads. I would just like to know any general information about this booklet.
I am finding it interesting reading.

I took it to my lace class today but my teacher had never heard of this person
and couldn't help.  She suggested I post here.  Thanks for any  information.
