Blanche,
I was looking at the Lace Express website & they have 2 books on Russian
lace.
For learning how to make this tape lace, I recommend "Course of Russian
Lace Making"
& they also sell an Album of Russian lace. Go to:
<http://www.laceexpress.com/cgi-bin/web_store/web_store.cgi?page=/books.htm&&cart_id=2638743_29568

Also check Holly Van Sciver & Susan Wenzel for which Russian books they
stock.
