Hi Blanche when I read and answered your first query about Russian Lace books I thought that it was you who was looking for books for yourself (for lacemaking), and that you had tried the museum but they didn't have any.
In view of your reply, I now think it is the museum who want them; if this is the case,do they want book on *making* Russian lace or books on the history of and identification of Russian lace. The two things are completely different. If it is the latter, then "Russian Embroidery and Lace" is probably the one for them to look out for - this one is available in English.
