Dear Arachnids A big 'Thank you' to all who took the time to reply to me directly or via this Chat Room and all the helpful advice that came with them. So many of you recommended Canoscan 4200f that I decided to get one. I found one for £20 on ebay and I now have it all present and correct and I have copied a couple of slides. The copies are very satisfactory and I can now go ahead with my researches. I just need time, don't we all?
