Thank you so much for that info Tamara. I was able to locate a copy on Amazon.com, using the title you gave me, but it is quite expensive. I did a library research and there are 11 copies circulating, most of them in the US. I ordered the book through Interlibrary loan and hopefully I will be able to look at it before deciding if I want to purchase it. I appreciate your taking the time to answer my question.
