Hello Gentle Spiders,

I have a few question regarding edgings for handkerchiefs.

Do you prefer to do a straight edge lace and attach it to a handkerchief
blank working with ease around the corners, or do you prefer a pricking
that is square with sewing at the end? Which and why? Do you prefer linen or
cotton? Can the fibers be mixed, as a silk edging on a linen handkerchief?

I also would like pattern recommendations. I have a few books and would
like to add to my library. I have done mainly Torchon, but it may be time to
explore other laces.

Thank you for any help.
