[lace] spangling

I got fed up with the brass wire for spangling: it breaks easily and 
distorts the spangles.
I now use either 0.45mm or 0.4mm stainless steel wire, depending on the hole 
size in the beads. It is so much stronger and also more rigid so does not 
distort the spangles.
