A photocopy covered with film sounds like no cardboard backing on the pricking. Just thin paper would not hold up, so I'll guess "2" times.
With cardboard backing, you should be able to make at least a couple yards of edging, depending on the density of the pinholes. Put some backing on your next pricking and save yourself a lot of work! Alice in Oregon .... who wore out a cheap roller with 3 yards of edging once. But the pricking was fine. <G> ----- Original Message ----- Dear Friends, I'm still making yards of fine point ground edging and as usual my pricking is a photocopy covered with thin green plastic film. The roller on the pillow is about 3" (7.5cm) in diameter. I wonder if you can guess how many times the roller rotated before I had to replace the pricking. Is it: 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 - To unsubscribe send email to [email protected] containing the line: unsubscribe lace [email protected]. For help, write to [email protected].
