I have several low necked T shirts, so I made an edging in Gutermann sewing machine thread if I remember correctly, and stitched it onto a piece of fabric was darted at the sides and had elastic across the back, so it sat over my bust (which is 'well defined'), and gave me some modesty!! It has been well worn and washed in the machine.
