Hello Catherine and everyone I think it would be timely to make your book available again either as BoD or eBook, pdf. For the latter you could go with colour. The information on the floppies should be stored to current media storage (e.g. a memory stick) if possible. Maybe you've done that already. There are ways to convert the transparencies to jpg now, too.
