I was asked today to date a Cottier Bobbin, I.e. tell the person when it came on to the market in France. I had no idea and could not find out.. probably because I hardly even have any schoolboy French these days!
Can anyone help please? PS It annoys me that I do not know this (not that I think I should know everything) but I cant ever remember reading about its manufacture and or marketing.
