I'm not sure how many lace teachers would be comfortable with their contact details being listed on an open-access webpage, but could web- addresses (and email ones if the group has a general email address for enquiries) for lace organisations like IOLI, Lace Guild be on the hand-out?
Then anyone interested could look up or contact the nearest organisation to ask for teacher info. - I'm sure most regional/national lace groups will try to answer requests from non-members for info on lace classes/teachers/groups in their catchment area, although smaller groups may not have the ressources to deal with a large volume of enquiries promptly.
