Sorry about this. I use Windows Live Mail 2011, not Outlook. I sometimes notice that when I write an apostrophe there are other signs added for some people, but most people that I write to get it right. Today is the first time I hear that not the whole message is shown on some computers. On the web my message looks OK except for one place. I have now changed from Comic Sans to Arial, maybe that will help? And I will stop using apostrophes!
