Dear Jeanette, et al,

The easiest way to stop the decline is to put the book back in print.  My 
'stockist' says it's out of print, and she's out of stock.  If you can't get 
the book, you go on to other laces where you can get the book, especially when 
there's only one.  This is where being able to print on demand comes in so 
handy.
