Although I like the idea of sprinkling our messages with lace terms from our native languages, I should warn you never to trust machine translations (and I should know, I'm a certified translator!) with your lace terms. Jenny's message was a good example. The terms she had Google translate into Spanish (cloth-stitch trail and spray of leaves) came out as "fabric track pin-prick" and "leave spraying" [as when you spray vegetables with pesticide]"
he he he he... See what I mean?
I think we have a very nice lace glossary stored in our Archives section. It would be better to consult it rather than trust to the mechanic mercies of machine translators...
