Doesn't look like a swan to me. My first reaction was Loon. They have the long, low body and the long, pointy beak (and long neck) just like the lace birds. Swans are nearly always shown (in my admittedly limited experience) with the wings fanned up over the body, like your other swans. I don't know if loons have symbolic significance in art, but your birds look so much like loons to me. just my opinion, Robin P.
