Hi Daphne and everyone I thought you might like to know how I got on at the tatting workshop I went to on Saturday. I enjoyed it very much and seem to have got on quite well, better than the people sitting around me. I got on to doing a proper simple pattern, just a bookmark with rings and chains (and different from the one in Janette Baker's book which I did a week or so ago). Some ladies didn't even achieve that, the poor lady sitting next to me was left handed and didn't get beyond doing a chain, but she definitely wants to keep going.
I brought my bookmark with me to work today to have a go, but it's too cold for my fingers.
