Funny isn't it? I taught myself to tat after seeing an elderly man tatting at a craft show around 45 years ago. I got a shuttle, and a basic book (can't remember which one, cept it had an orange cover) and taught myself left handed (shuttle in left, thread in right). I've never had a problem with patterns etc, neither have I with crochet - hook in left, thread in right again. All I have to remember is that if I'm doing something like a jacket, then the right side is the left side.
Not a problem as far as I'm concerned. Sue My Tatty Blog http://pigminitatty.blogspot.co.uk/ - To unsubscribe send email to [email protected] containing the line: unsubscribe lace [email protected]. For help, write to [email protected]. Photo site: http://www.flickr.com/photos/lacemaker/sets/
