Hi All, I am attempting to get my 6 1/2 yr old granddaughter interested in making lace. Have gone to Lace Express 3/2001 and 2/2000 for Michelle Pitts animal designs.
Question - what would be equivalent to Cotty No 50? I thought I could try DMC 80 or perhaps Gutterman 100/3 silk. Could always go back to the oldfashioned concept of doing a "tension piece"!
