On another matter, I borrowed the BF book from the library & to my delight found several edgings to suit my mini roller pillow. Before the holidays I was on a mission to find some simple Skansk-like patterns for 6 pairs & several of you sent help & suggestions. I thought these, or the snake made with my glass bobbins, would make a cute program & volunteered to demo at the library. Would you believe they have a knitting group & don't want any more "crafts"?!? Besides, according to the reference librarian, "nobody checks out the lace books". Today, when I tried to renew the BF book, there was a "hold". Hmmm, is there another lacemaker in Palm Beach County?
