Shirley, thanks for posting the link with the video. I loved Italy and
visited Burano.

While I was there I took some photos of the museum (it wasn't allowed, but
that does't often stop me...), the lacemakers (that is allowed), and a
short video.

The lacemakers did not speak any English. They had done the intricate bits
and were working on overcasting, presumably because it doesn't require so
much attention when tourists and groups of schoolchildren are asking
questions.
