Well, it was a test. The first time I've sent a message to Arachne since last Thursday morning, and my copy of it dropped into my Spam folder. This problem was supposed to be permanently fixed within 48 hours (Saturday at noon), per Drew. It is interesting that another AOL member of this list wrote privately that she also talked with Drew in Romania about her problems. She was thinking we might start a fan club, but this set-back does not bode well for my being a willing fan! When she asked Drew who he works for, he said Bomgar. She g**gled that and it turns out to be a world-wide computer remote-control company . In the USA its headquarters are in Mississippi. Back to the long phone wait - on hold. So sorry this has dragged on so long. I do not want to change my e-mail address, but it may be the only solution.
