As a small business they do close for holidays - the "notes on ordering" page on their website hasn't been updated recently so I couldn't check the Christmas closure dates (it's still showing holiday date info for July & September 2014), but could it be that Susan is taking a particularly long Christmas/New Year break?

Has anyone else had contact with Pipers' recently can report whether everything seemed ok? It's odd that the Christmas closure dates hadn't been put on the website, but that could just have been forgotten in the Christmas rush.
