The lace shop in Honiton, Devon is now closed but the museum is along the
road nearby and worth looking round. I got inspired by looking round there
seeing the local mayors jabot and cuffs to make cuffs for my husband in
around 2004. Ground floor and first floor area so need to be able to climb
stairs. The museum is not very big, nothing like the ones in London, but
is in a small Devon town high street.

Is there anything to see in Ottery St. Mary for the lace enthusiast? It was
home to a lot of lacemakers, I know.
