Since I subscribe to the digest, My reactions are not always immediate. In Sacramento last year at IOLI I gave a power-point lecture on the War Laces at the Smithsonian. The lecture was after the Tuesday lunch and does not show up in the program for the Convention. I don't know why they did not advertise it. Maybe it never is? After the Convention some of us went to the Hoover Archives to see the laces and flour sacks. After this coming IOLI Convention we plan to visit the Hoover Library to do the same.
