Handy Hands Lizbeth is on page 39 of Edition 6. Size 10 is 2S/3Z - 13 w/cm. Anchor Freccia 12 is 3Z - 13 w/cm, so same thickness but the Lizbeth will be a much firmer thread because of the double plying.
