Hi, Susan - Elizabeth Kurella's book "Guide to Lace and Linens" has an entry for Czechoslovakian lace on pages 132 and 133. Poland is of course just north of the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
She does say that tape laces are common. and there's a picture of a Slovak tablecloth edging in tape lace. What about the national costume? Is lace any part of it? That's where we see so much lace used in other parts of Europe. What a lovely project! Regina Haring Nanuet, New York On Fri, Sep 23, 2016 at 4:30 PM, <[email protected]> wrote: > Hello All!
