In fact, there is an uprising in interest among the millennials in Brooklyn. Whereas I am used to being the youngest member of many a lace group, I am undoubtedly the oldest member of the Brooklyn Lace Guild which is attracting young women who are for the most part graduates of the art and design schools in New York and work in creative jobs.
