You can down load it to read at you leisure. You can also subscribe to receive it in your e-mail, you do not have to be a member as far as I can see.
I too am one who does not get Jeri's e-mails, I prefer to receive my e-mails individually for reasons demonstrated over the last few days and can also save those I would like to refer to later.
