There is a book by N. Andries and G. Vroom VALENCIENNESKANTJES, 2011,
published by the authors. It is the same format as Caroluskantjes -- loose
sheets, one for each pattern. The collection starts with a bunch of grounds
used in Valenciennes at various times. They are sorted chronologically. If
you can find a copy that might be of some use.
