Curious mind wants to know - how big of a flat pillow do you use, and is it
necessarily a block pillow?

At the trendy-home centre, they are selling horseshoe-shaped 'memory' foam
pillows - not the self-healing foam, and the pillow is to put under your
head I think (but why the horseshoe shape?). I didn't examine closely, but
thought for $9.99 it was a bargain for someone. I then thought of the bean
bag idea, and if this horse-shoe shape would be useful under a large cookie
pillow. Maybe not.
