Thanks Agnes for referring to my website. There I gave some examples  
of 's Gravenmoerse lace in answer to some earlier questions on the list.
Daphne, when you should like a book with the technique in it, you can  
try the website of the LOKK: www.lokk.nl
Choose: boeken and the second one is a book about the technique of 's  
Gravenmoerse lace. It is also in English and it is stil available.  
Click on the title of the book for more details also in English and  
the way to order.

I am only a member of the LOKK and have no advantage of selling the  
books published by them.
