I'm working through a plaited lace pattern where I'm attempting two use two colors as a part of the design. For this part of the design, I'm using 4 bobbins of one color and 4 of another and I'm using standard windmill crossings at intersections. What I'm finding though is that after the 4 pairs go through the crossing, where the two colors end up is not always where I would like them to be. There are times though where I would like the colors end up on the other side of where they normally would be after the crossing. Is there a way to force a flip of the colors that you would get from a standard windmill? Let me know if you need additional clarification. Thanks!
