If it hasn't been washed yet, wash in cold water and let air dry. A little squirt of something like spray and wash may help (esp. if it's a synthetic of some kind) or if you have some bar laundry soap like Sard's Wonder soap, a little of that may help too.
I know washing in cold water is the trick. Hot and heat sets the stain.
